What you'll do

• Assess and shape incoming Salesforce Field Service feature requests with Product Management
• define scope, users, and business outcomes
• author business and functional requirements for TechMobile and Salesforce Field Service integrations
• define value propositions and success metrics
• partner with analytics teams on dashboards and reporting
• maintain intake-to-delivery continuity
• serve as a subject-matter expert for field-operations workforce management capabilities
• collaborate with stakeholders to refine ideas and validate delivered functionality against metrics.
