The Dietary Cook works onsite at The Blossoms at Mountain View Rehab and Nursing Center in Mountain View, AR, full-time. Compensation is $15 per hour. Live Well Healthcare Solutions provides dietary, housekeeping, and laundry services to its communities.

What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and cook nutritious breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals using standardized recipes
• plate and garnish meals
• act as liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence
• maintain kitchen and equipment sanitation
• manage inventory and stock rotation
• assist with purchasing and recipe compliance
• and handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.
