What you'll do

• Install, maintain, replace, and repair pumps, motors, gates, blowers, meters, switches, transformers, fans, belts, compressors, valves, and lines
• inspect equipment and recommend maintenance or repairs
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• inspect tools and vehicles and restock supplies
• fabricate using welding, brazing, and cutting torches
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and manual control systems
• monitor environmental and safety conditions and handle hazardous materials properly
• record service readings and work performed
• safeguard tools and equipment
• attend weekly safety meetings and maintain OSHA standards.
