What you'll do

• Maintain property operations and physical assets
• monitor and perform basic HVAC repairs and planned maintenance
• complete assigned work orders involving painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, lighting, floors, potholes, snow and ice removal, repairs, and inspections
• maintain records
• support events
• assist with emergency-system testing
• and perform preventive maintenance checks.
