What you'll do

• Identify and engage youth at risk of not completing secondary education
• develop individualized education plans
• connect youth with tutoring, GED/HSED programs, vocational training, precollege initiatives, career exploration, and life-skills resources
• collaborate with schools, community organizations, and W-2 staff
• monitor progress, document services and outcomes, and protect confidentiality.

Why this role
