What you'll do

• Set technical direction for package characterization, qualification, and production release
• own package lifecycle across design, development, qualification, and manufacturing
• lead engagement with factories and contract manufacturers
• develop and qualify packaging technologies
• drive yield improvement and cost reduction
• guide low- to high-volume manufacturing transitions and assembly controls
• evaluate design options through characterization and DFX analyses.
