Description
Care Manager RN - Care Management at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. This is a Per Diem/On-Call, Day Shift position, with 8-Hour Shifts from 800-1630. RN Care Managers, in the acute care setting, provide a variety of services to appropriately help progress patients through the continuum of care.
