What you'll do

• Support meal preparation, cleanup, and household tasks
• provide medication reminders or monitor self-administration as trained and authorized
• encourage independence
• assist with community outings and transportation
• maintain a safe and organized home
• complete timely online notes
• monitor and document behavior and progress according to support plans
• provide home and community supervision
• follow agency policies and regulatory requirements
• maintain professional boundaries.
