What you'll do

• Design electrical power distribution, lighting, and cabling systems for commercial, medical, professional, and other buildings
• assess client needs and define project scope, budget, and staffing
• apply codes and engineering standards
• review plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules
• mentor less experienced engineers
• coordinate with code officials and design professionals
• review subcontractor work
• monitor construction for conformance to specifications and customer requirements.
