What you'll do

• Recommend and document accounting treatment for property transactions
• complete month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, and general ledger review
• prepare journal entries for rental revenue, straight-line rent, CAM accruals, and operating expenses
• review leases and validate billing and expense recoveries
• allocate shared costs and reconcile intercompany balances
• prepare variance analysis and financial statements
• support lender reporting, audits, acquisition due diligence, and payroll review as needed.
