The Picker I role is onsite in Ceres, CA, with compensation of $18.14–$21.01 per hour. The picker supports safe and efficient warehouse operations by scanning, selecting, labeling, staging, and moving products. The work helps prepare accurate, protected outbound loads and manage incoming returns and inventory.

What you'll do

• Perform warehouse picking, stickering, and related duties
• operate manual and electric pallet trucks and dock equipment
• inspect pallet trucks before use
• scan and pick cases
• stack cases on pallets or in cargo vans
• rework and document damaged product
• apply labels
• wrap product
• load and offload vans and trailers
• secure outbound loads
• receive and put away returns
• move products to designated locations
• maintain a clean, safe work area
• follow ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, SOP, and recycling requirements.

Why this role

Swing shift is 3:30 p.m.–11:30 p.m.; occasional overtime may be required. High school or GED is preferred. The role requires lifting and stacking up to 50 pounds and OSHA pallet-truck certification.
