What you'll do

• Prepare food with attention to quality, quantity, consistency, and timeliness
• follow recipe, time, and temperature standards
• ensure presentation, portioning, garnishes, and substitutions follow standards
• follow kitchen procedures for storage, rotation, spoilage, sanitation, and cross-contamination prevention
• complete food preparation, production, outlet setup, and teardown tasks.
