Quality Director

This role leads organization-wide quality improvement and risk management, helping staff incorporate process improvement, waste reduction, and risk management into daily work. It also supports service and operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Plan, develop, coordinate, facilitate, and implement organization-wide quality improvement and risk management activities for Samaritan Hospital and Samaritan Clinic
• train and educate medical staff, leaders, and employees
• lead service and operational excellence efforts
• oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, benchmarking, resource management, and regulatory compliance
• use standardized improvement methods and stakeholder engagement to advance organizational improvement.
