What you'll do

• Direct purchasing of supplies, equipment, and services

• maintain supplier contacts and indexed inventory records
• ensure supplies are tagged for charging and coordinate charge updates with the Business Office
• assist with annual supply-room inventory
• and oversee the Supply Clerk.
