Customer Service Representative – Plant Office

What you'll do

• Receive customer purchase orders and requests
• enter sales and sample orders in Dynamics 365
• update orders and SalesForce notes
• prepare orders for invoicing
• add freight and tariff charges
• release back orders and credit-hold orders
• maintain customer order files
• check product availability and shipping dates
• coordinate with customers, scheduling, and sales
• document order status and customer issues.
