What you'll do

• Manage registration and admissions across five Massachusetts regions
• coordinate with referral sources through referral, waitlist, and assignment processes
• maintain client rosters
• process intake paperwork and clinical documentation
• update MABHA monthly
• answer calls, gather referral information, verify insurance, and schedule appointments.
