What you'll do

• Provide customer service and hospitality
• assist guests
• learn and apply on-site culinary techniques
• prepare dishes accurately
• prep fresh vegetables, proteins, and cheeses
• maintain cleanliness and safety in front- and back-of-house areas
• explain food, brand, and mission to guests
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• cross-train on multiple stations and train new team members.
