What you'll do

• Maintain general ledger data
• support internal and external audits
• perform account reconciliations and monthly accruals
• assist with monthly close and year-end reporting
• maintain fixed asset records
• investigate general ledger discrepancies
• reconcile corporate card and inventory accounts
• support process improvements and cost analysis
• assist with ERP-related procedures
• process wire transfers and ACH payments
• manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and contract asset and liability reconciliations.
