What you'll do

• Troubleshoot technical problems with training devices
• determine solutions consistent with product and customer specifications
• recommend coordinated product solutions
• assess product needs
• conduct technical training and briefings
• prepare devices for customer use and mission-specific requirements
• serve as the local on-site customer representative
• maintain DoD 8570 Level IAT-II certification
• document unusual operational and maintenance problems
• track engineering and logistics support activities and provide status updates.
