What you'll do

• Prepare hot and cold menu items at grill, sauté, salad-bar, and service-line stations
• portion and serve food according to menu cycles and standardized recipes
• taste food to assess quality and palatability
• take orders and serve residents and families
• clean service stations and dining areas before and after meals
• clean the kitchen and wash and put away dishes.
