What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment
• organize and complete unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks
• help keep grounds, buildings, and units functional, safe, and attractive
• respond to emergency conditions before, during, or after business hours
• maintain maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
