What you'll do
- Delegate patient-care tasks to nursing assistant-certified staff
- review monthly medication administration records
- conduct quarterly assessments for residents with delegated tasks and annual assessments for all residents
- assess residents at move-in
- complete annual medication competency checks for delegated staff
- communicate with assisted living administrators, staff, providers, and pharmacies.
