What you'll do

• Operate, configure, and optimize desktop systems, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, and related software
• administer Active Directory, WSUS, antivirus, and Group Policy
• maintain hardware inventory and network documentation
• support backups and file servers
• provide top-level technical support
• administer telephony infrastructure
• collaborate on risk mitigation and infrastructure improvements
• manage vendor-related projects
• provide occasional after-hours support and participate in the on-call rotation.
