The Project Director role is onsite in Lone Tree, CO, with compensation of $185,000–$215,000 per year for the Denver area. Flintco delivers construction projects across sectors including healthcare, education, hospitality, sports, residential, advanced industries, and renewable energy. The director oversees the safe, effective, and efficient execution of multiple projects, coordinating with project managers, teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. The role also monitors project safety, cost, schedules, and quality; supports preconstruction and office leadership; and contributes to business development and the company’s ability to compete.

What you'll do

• Manage overall project operations and execution
• monitor safety, job cost, schedules, and quality across assigned projects
• assist with preconstruction staffing, scheduling, labor, and equipment planning
• collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, other offices, and Human Resources
• develop and evaluate personnel
• visit assigned jobsites at least monthly
• report project and personnel status monthly to division leadership
• contribute to business development and area-office leadership.
