Maintenance Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Complete scheduled cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas and equipment
• perform mopping, dusting, trash removal, recycling, window washing, pool cleaning, painting, vacuuming, lawn care, and snow removal as needed
• operate related equipment
• record and report repairs
• make minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
• secure YMCA property and report incidents or hazards.
