What you'll do

• Prepare and portion food and beverages for regular and therapeutic diets according to menus, production sheets, and supervisor direction. Follow food-handling and safety procedures
• present food attractively
• maintain and record food temperatures
• set up the tray line
• assemble trays to match tickets, portions, preferences, and diet orders
• and check tray accuracy during service.
