Group Fitness Instructor

Job overview

The Group Fitness Instructor role is onsite in Harwood Heights, IL, with compensation of $20–$30 per hour. The instructor supports CrossFit Harwood Heights’ strength and conditioning and CrossFit affiliate by leading classes and helping members pursue fitness goals. The role exists to deliver safe, engaging group classes for people at different fitness levels and support member participation. It also includes promoting memberships and programs and providing customer service in line with business policies.

What you'll do

• Sell gym memberships
• lead classes for members and guests
• develop physically challenging classes that keep participants engaged and safe
• encourage exercise and healthy decisions
• promote programs, classes, and memberships through social media and networking
• provide customer service in accordance with business policies.

Why this role
