What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates at design stages from 10% through 90%
• perform quantity takeoffs across civil, structural, mechanical, and process disciplines
• solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor proposals
• collaborate with design partners on cost and constructability
• support pricing models and GMP or target-price proposals
• participate in value engineering and client presentations.
