Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist role is hybrid in Circle Pines, MN: onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with one scheduled remote day per week after onboarding and training. The generalist owns day-to-day HR administration, employee relations, and safety-program oversight while partnering with the HR Manager on cross-functional projects. The role supports employees and supervisors across shifts and helps build and improve HR processes, systems, and programs.

What you'll do

• Serve as a point of contact on HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters
• conduct workplace investigations
• coach supervisors
• administer ADP TotalSource HRIS and benefits processes
• provide backup payroll coverage
• manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• coordinate staffing partners
• oversee safety training, incident tracking, and regulatory reporting
• manage engagement and performance processes
• develop HR workflows and training materials
• support ISO 13485 documentation and records.
