What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices and debit memos
• maintain vendor records and banking details
• perform account reconciliations, postings, and balancing
• collaborate across departments to resolve AP issues
• identify causes of payment delays and errors and implement corrective actions
• support audits as the primary AP contact
• assist with state sales tax filings, weekly ACH/check runs, corporate card and bank reconciliations, and month-end close.
