• Identify and address residents’ psychosocial and concrete needs

• assist with residents’ financial affairs and room moves
• communicate care needs and plans
• participate in meetings and training
• facilitate Family Council
• maintain the quality measurement and performance improvement program
• protect resident rights and address consumer concerns.
