Floating Lead Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Travel to properties as needed
• monitor maintenance expenses
• complete service requests and daily work-order documentation
• maintain landscaping and irrigation
• perform plumbing, minor electrical, and general property repairs
• inspect grounds, buildings, fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• follow safety and hazard communication standards
• maintain tools and work areas
• provide backup for on-call personnel and arrange alternate backup when unavailable.
