What you'll do

• Orient guests to the facility and personal areas
• explain guest assignments and facility procedures
• assist with amenities
• create a welcoming environment
• use de-escalation skills
• manage the phone line on weekend and evening shifts only
• review arrival and departure procedures
• escort and monitor guests
• assist with medication logs alongside LPNs
• document shift events and incidents
• support common-area chores and program activities.
