What you'll do

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom
• greet children and families
• assist in recognizing and responding to developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed
• support curriculum planning and implementation
• communicate with families, coworkers, and leadership
• follow safety, supervision, and other policies
• document and report incidents
• participate in required meetings, training, and professional development.
