Field Technician II, Industrial Services

Job overview

The Field Technician II role is based in Carlisle, IN, with extensive travel throughout the United States. Pay is $20–$22 per hour, with overtime opportunities. Hulcher Resources provides industrial services to agriculture, railroad, grain-processing, and industrial customers. The technician performs hands-on cleaning and material-transfer work at customer sites, helping maintain industrial vessels and storage areas. The role supports customer projects through safe equipment operation, adherence to procedures, and communication of job progress.

What you'll do

• Clean grain silos, storage bins, and industrial vessels using specialized equipment
• transfer and remove materials using industrial vacuum systems and hand tools
• operate power tools, pressure washers, and industrial equipment
• work safely in confined spaces and elevated areas
• follow OSHA standards and company procedures
• maintain required PPE
• inspect equipment and report progress
• work independently and with crews
• and occasionally assist with emergency response and industrial cleanup projects.

Travel rotations are approximately two weeks on the road with two to three days home between rotations. High school diploma or GED and valid driver's license required; CDL Class B is a plus but not required.
