What you'll do

• Prep cooks follow prep lists, label and stock ingredients, prepare ingredients, monitor temperatures, track inventory, and maintain a clean kitchen.
• Line cooks prepare and cook food to recipe and presentation standards, operate kitchen equipment, set up and break down workstations, and sanitize surfaces and tools.
• Dishwashers operate the dish machine, maintain clean dishware and utensils, and support kitchen operations.
