• Lead and supervise the Spa Housekeeping Team
• direct cleaning and sanitation across spa areas

• manage scheduling, payroll, forecasting, inventory, and department budget
• recruit, train, coach, and review staff
• resolve guest issues
• champion safety and quality standards
• develop deep-cleaning practices
