The Behavior Technician (BT) – In-Home ABA Therapy role is onsite in children’s homes in the Kenly, North Carolina area. Pay is $23–$30 per hour. Astra ABA provides individualized therapy for children and supports them in developing skills through applied behavior analysis.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home settings
• implement treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• use positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching
• support communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic skills
• collect session data and submit same-day SOAP notes
• communicate with BCBAs, families, and team members
• protect client privacy and follow applicable ethics and company policies
• participate in ongoing training and supervision.
