What you'll do

• Participate in pre-construction design meetings
• prepare cost estimates, schedules, and contract documents
• manage cost control and review change orders and payment requests
• prepare master schedules
• review superintendent reports
• attend subcontractor meetings
• coordinate procurement
• inspect work and coordinate shop drawing reviews, consultant inspections, and punch lists
• host project status meetings and provide schedule updates.
