What you'll do

• Assist the Studio Manager with studio operations
• coach and train sales associates
• maintain referral programs and accurate sales-system records
• conduct inquiry and follow-up calls
• lead studio previews
• greet members and guests
• complete cleaning checklists
• participate in two scheduled workouts per week
• maintain the lobby and front desk
• process cash and card transactions
• respond to member concerns
• support client onboarding
• and participate in training programs.
