What you'll do

• Lead design, development, validation, and production implementation of structural components and assemblies. Own components through design, sourcing, validation, release, manufacturing, and production support. Ensure designs meet safety, performance, quality, reliability, cost, and timing objectives. Create specifications, DFMEAs, design validation plans and reports, and related documentation. Evaluate manufacturing methods
• collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, product management, manufacturing, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Lead design reviews, investigate field and production issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
