Compensation is $50,000–$70,000 per year. The Registered Nurse — Agency Supervisor / Director of Nursing Services role is onsite in Fort Mill, SC. The role provides clinical oversight for ComForCare home health care services in North Carolina and South Carolina. The nurse supports safe, coordinated client care and regulatory compliance while guiding caregivers and field staff. The role contributes through care planning, clinical supervision, competency validation, education, and quality activities across the home care service continuum.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical oversight and case management as required
• coordinate client care and transitions
• orient caregivers and validate competencies and skills
• match caregiver competencies to client needs
• review documentation
• educate team members, patients, families, caregivers, field staff, and referral sources
• supervise and coach clinical staff
• conduct client assessments, develop and update care plans, provide interventions, administer medications as needed, maintain records, and initiate referrals.
