Land Development Project Manager — Multifamily Site Development

What you'll do

• Manage land development phases for multifamily projects

• review costs, approve pay applications, and control change orders
• oversee grading, erosion control, utilities, pavement, and site infrastructure
• coordinate engineers, consultants, contractors, utility providers, and municipalities
• manage permits, inspections, and approvals
• monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• address risks and schedule impacts
• provide status updates to leadership.
