What you'll do
- Lead the Maintenance and Reliability organization
- own equipment uptime, reliability, and lifecycle
- develop and execute the maintenance roadmap
- lead preventive and predictive maintenance, TPM, and continuous improvement
- improve OEE, MTBF, and MTTR
- develop teams and succession plans
- manage operating and capital budgets
- ensure GMP, food safety, employee safety, and regulatory compliance
- partner with Engineering on capital projects
- serve on the Plant Manager’s leadership team.
