What you'll do

• Lead roofing and exterior crews
• oversee installation and repair of shingle, tile, TPO, coating, and stucco systems
• coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and jobsite needs
• train installers
• inspect work for quality, safety, manufacturer specifications, and code compliance
• communicate with project contacts
• submit production updates and documentation
• resolve field issues
• maintain schedules and clean jobsites
• perform physical work when needed.
