What you'll do

• Direct daily field activities and assign crew tasks
• coach and provide feedback to team members
• lead and participate in planting, mulching, sod installation, and other landscape work
• ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available
• inspect completed work and leave sites orderly
• follow daily routes and monitor production
• document jobs and report delays or issues
• communicate professionally with clients
• ensure safety procedures and PPE use.
