What you'll do

• Lead manufacturing operations and continuous improvement
• establish operational controls, reporting procedures, and people systems
• direct plant functions including manufacturing, production control, and maintenance
• support operational strategies and policies
• oversee building, material-handling equipment, and inventory upkeep
• advance safety, quality, productivity, and cost initiatives
• guide food-safety systems
• coordinate across departments and support strategic planning.
