The Maintenance Technician is an onsite, full-time position at the Elyria Garden Street location in Elyria, OH, with pay starting at $28 per hour depending on experience. Dura-Line, an Orbia Connectivity Solutions business, manufactures conduit products and accessories that support connectivity; quality, safety, and sustainability are central to its work. The technician helps keep production equipment operating by assisting with repairs, maintenance, rebuilds, shutdowns, and installations, primarily in the Extrusion department. The role supports safe, reliable production through equipment troubleshooting, basic facilities maintenance, fabrication, and adherence to safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Assist production departments with equipment breakdowns and maintenance
• demonstrate mechanical aptitude with bearings, gears, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and related equipment
• use a voltmeter, welder, and hand tools
• replace electrical and mechanical components and troubleshoot circuits
• assist with rebuilds, shutdowns, and installations
• perform basic facilities maintenance
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• fabricate equipment and components as needed.

Why this role
