Product Manager — AI Enablement Training

What you'll do

• Lead the AI Enablement Training Program with program partners and business stakeholders
• discover and document AI use cases
• design training curricula, learning modules, demonstrations, exercises, and reference guides
• develop train-the-trainer materials and coach partners
• deliver training when partner capacity is insufficient
• drive software rollout and adoption
• develop mass communications
• coordinate skill and connector needs with engineering
• define success metrics, track completion, measure productivity improvements, update materials as Claude evolves, and hand over documentation.
