What you'll do

• Wash, peel, cut, portion, weigh, and organize ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
• prepare proteins, vegetables, grains, sauces, and other meal components
• support batch cooking by measuring, mixing, assembling, and monitoring components as directed
• maintain temperature control and proper food handling and storage
• label, date, and store ingredients using FIFO practices
• follow GMP, allergen, and HACCP requirements
• complete production and food-safety records
• clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
• assist with receiving and storing supplies, equipment setup, changeovers, and production support.
